NIPSIA presentation of a recognition award to Dr. Keyvan Farahani

Dr. Bijan Tadayon and Dr. Saied Tadayon, founding members of NIPSIA, Mr. Mohammad Ghayour, SPE, USPTO, and Mr. Ali Hajialigol (NIPSIA), on behalf of NIPSIA, presented a Recognition Award to Dr. Keyvan Farahani, for contributions to the advancement of biomedical sciences and technologies. The award was presented during a lecture by Dr. Farahani to a packed audience at the USPTO (TC 1600 Tech Fair) on advances in biomedical imaging. Dr. Farahani has been the branch chief of Image-Guided Intervention, Cancer Imaging Program, at National Cancer Institute which is a part of NIH.
